Tonya Aldave is a Board Member at Anomaly for Ukraine, bringing over 12 years of dedicated leadership experience across governance and the non-profit sector. As a seasoned corporate and securities attorney with 19 years of legal experience, she offers boards a rare and powerful combination of legal acumen, compliance oversight, and strategic organizational leadership.
Throughout her professional journey, Tonya has successfully navigated high-stakes regulatory environments, legal risk management, and corporate structuring. Her extensive dual background as both a board member of another Ukrainian non-profit and President in her volunteer role, and as a professional securities attorney, allows her to effectively guide an organization through scaling challenges, policy development, and cross-border collaborative initiatives.
Tonya’s core areas of expertise include corporate governance, securities regulation, and non-profit executive leadership. Known for her analytical and collaborative approach, she focuses on helping mission-driven organizations build robust legal frameworks, optimize operational risk, and maximize their long-term global impact.
Tonya holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Memphis School of Law, an International MBA from the same school, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the International Christian University in Vienna, Austria. Her international academic foundation and diverse legal career uniquely position her to drive governance excellence for global initiatives.
Tonya is a native of Kyiv, Ukraine, and currently resides in the Washington, DC, area with her husband, Alan, and two cats, Sunny and Cassie. In her spare time, Tonya likes to read, volunteer for important causes, swim, travel, and cross-stitch.

Robin Seaword fungerer som direktør for europeiske relasjoner for Anomaly-America 4 Ukraine. Han er tidligere spesialrådgiver for forsvaret i Storbritannia og har lang erfaring fra militære operasjoner, sikkerhetssektorens reform, styring og politikk.

Dr. William Reno er direktør for forsvar og forskningspolitikk for Anomaly-America 4 Ukraine. Som politolog og konfliktforsker fra Northwestern University har han lang erfaring med bistand til sikkerhetsstyrker, statlig sårbarhet og militær reform.
Olena Murashkina
Regissør
Olena Murashkina sitter i styret for Anomaly-America 4 Ukraine og støtter koordineringen mellom amerikanske og ukrainske operasjoner, og bidrar dermed til å styrke administrasjon, logistikk, dokumentasjon og gjennomføring av oppdrag for humanitære organisasjoner.
